Special Event Nannies

Inviting young children to an event such as a wedding, christening or business conference can be problematic, should children be invited and if so, should they be left to their own devices?
South East Childcare offers the solution. A bespoke service of Special Event Nanny/Nannies offering parents the flexibility of having a private Nanny for that special day. For a minimum of 4 hours your children can enjoy the benefits of a qualified, experienced, approved Nanny to play, entertain and supervise them.

Sarah and her team provided wonderful entertainment all day for babies to twelve year olds at our wedding, keeping them entertained with arts and crafts, games and also supervising their dinner in a separate dinning room from the main wedding breakfast. All of the parents said how impressed they were with Sarah and her team.

Children can find a wedding, family party or conference a long, boring day and often just require some quiet one to one time. Our Special Event Nannies will arrive with a toy box full of exciting toys to entertain the children. By special request South East Childcare can also provide specialist art and crafts activities.

Our Special Event Nanny Service is idea for small groups of children or family bookings. For events involving 15 or more children we would suggest a Mobile Creche Service.

South East Childcare works to Ofsted rules and regulations. On booking we will require final numbers and ages of the children attending to correctly staff the event.

Staff to children ratios:
Under 2 years 1:2
2 – 3 years old 1:4
3 – 7 years 1:8

Party Favour Bags
South East Childcare can offer your guests pre- filled party bags to take home. This bespoke service means we can source a gift or a range of gifts suitable for your party/event budget

Children’s Entertainment
South East Childcare offers a Childrens Magic show, close up magic, Punch and Judy and Balloon Modelling. This service is very popular after the children have had there tea.

Balloons
Balloons are a fantastic gift for children to take away after an event/wedding; balloons include foil characters and latex balloons. Balloon arches, clusters and other decorations are available on request.

South East Childcare can offer a wide range of items from banners, balloons, ribbons, bags, tags, cards, invites, food boxes and sweets all personalized to your event.
