South East Childcare offers a Childcare Consultancy to both families and nurseries alike. We come out to your home, office, nursery or welcome you to our offices in East Grinstead to discuss your childcare issues and the way forward. We offer our advice on your current staffing, contracts, employment issues, and the different roles within the childcare sector.
We can offer advice on interview techniques, job descriptions, staff training and team work. When deciding the next step forward, it can seem difficult to understand the best option for your family.

South East Childcare has worked with a large number of settings to offer advice on staffing issues, the structure of the setting, improve team work and build the setting to become stronger and work together! This unique service is offered to you with our Consultants who have a minimum of 12 years experience within the industry, a childcare qualification, an enhanced Criminal Record Bureau Check and 2professional reference checks. South East Childcare offers this service at just A£64.99 plus VAT per one hour visit. Individual quotes for long term consultancy work offered on request.
